Day 79!

Do you guys ever have days where you are so tired you just don’t want to get out of bed?  Well I do all the time, I can’t say I have recently, but this is how I feel when I do feel that way…

Can you believe it I am on day 79?!?!?!  I can’t believe it either!  Sorry it has been so long but if you all have been following me on FB you all know that I was out of town for spring break!  I was doing some amazing work and learning all about issues the community of Huntington, WV faces.  While I was away I was allowed to have a cheat meal!  I was so excited for it because I hadn’t had a non-measured meal since January 4th!  My group I was with went to a Hibachi restaurant and I ordered Chicken Teriyaki, it was great while I was eating it, but my stomach hated me for about 4 days after!

In other news I woke up and weighed myself and I am now down to 124.  More and more progress everyday!  In addition my meals have now changed completely, so now I am eating different foods!  For breakfast I can have eggs and oatmeal again!

THE MEALS

The white stuff on my meal there is glutamine powder, I have to have glutamine with the meal and I did not want to add it to my jug of water so it is now a “condiment”.  My last meal that is not pictured is actually a protein shake, I had already drank it before the pic.

Can you guys believe it I am 6.5 weeks out from my show!  I am beyond excited, but I am also nervous because it’s my first show and who knows what will happen… I do know what I am most excited for, my celebration meal and allowing myself to have some chocolate!  So this totally happened today, I had to stock up because these are my favorite and they won’t be here after my competition is over… so now they are hiding in a special place!
